What this site collects
If you submit a form on this site, it collects the first name, email address and move-stage answer you type in, along with a submission timestamp and the source form. There is no account, no password and no payment on this site.
How it is used
Your email address is used so that Clint Struble can follow up about your move and send occasional Gallatin Valley market notes. Submissions are stored using Google Apps Script in a private Google Sheet controlled by Clint. Access is limited to Clint and anyone he authorizes to help manage inquiries. After a successful submission, the guide is emailed to you automatically and a download link appears on screen.
What is never done with it
Your information is not sold, rented or traded. It is not shared with lenders, contractors or other agents unless you ask for an introduction.
Unsubscribing and deletion
To stop receiving emails or to have your record deleted entirely, email clint.struble@exprealty.com and it will be removed.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. A small amount of information may be stored in your browser so the site remembers you have already requested the guide. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated first.
Fair housing
